Indirect water (PZV1)

Company AdminCompany user

PZV1 is the annual company report on products that can pollute water indirectly after they are used: detergents, mineral fertilizers, and chemical plant-protection products placed on the market.

Shared steps: How forms work. Direct discharges from a facility outlet are FORM 3 / OTV, not PZV1.

Why this form is sent

These products contribute to water pollution through use (phosphates, nitrogen, active substances), not through a pipe at the factory. PZV1 collects placed-on-the-market quantities so that pressure on water bodies can be estimated.

When it applies

The company is active with a PZV1 obligation. Which of the three sections must contain rows follows what was declared for the company (registration questionnaire / assigned categories). One form exists per company and year.

What to fill in

  1. General β€” company, year, statement of responsibility.
  2. Detergents β€” products and phosphate-related data, when that category applies.
  3. Fertilizers β€” mineral fertilizers and nitrogen-related data, when that category applies.
  4. Plant protection β€” chemical plant-protection products, when that category applies.
  5. Note.

A section that is not assigned to the company may stay empty. A section that is assigned needs at least one row.

Specifics

After submit the form is locked. Partial correction of a single section (detergents only, for example) is an Agency action, not something the company enables in the portal. Request a correction from NRIZ support if submitted quantities must change.
