Daily waste (DEO6 / GIO6, DKO)

Company AdminFacility user

Two form groups are not annual. They follow operational dates during the year: DEO6 / GIO6 (collector day report) and DKO (hazardous-waste movement document). Each saved document is one date or one movement.

Shared steps: How forms work.

DEO6 / GIO6 β€” collectors and other waste owners

WhoWaste collectors and other waste owners with this obligation
Submitted forFacility + reporting date
FrequencyBy date
DeadlineThe reporting date itself; the date cannot be in the future. Unless NRIZ has relaxed the rule for the facility, the date is usually not older than 30 days.

The form records waste received, handed on, and (from 2020) reused on that day. When the date is 1 January, a stock balance section appears for facilities that store waste β€” opening stock for the year.

Company and facility are fixed after save. A separate form is needed for each reporting date.

DKO β€” hazardous waste movement

WhoFacilities with a DKO obligation (typically alongside FORM 5 / LRIZ FORM 5)

FrequencyBy event
DeadlineTied to the waste handover date on the document

DKO is the chain-of-custody document: producer β†’ transporter β†’ (optional transhipment) β†’ recipient, plus waste codes, mass, packaging, and permits.

Sections:

  1. General β€” company, facility, handover date.
  2. Part A β€” waste and transport (codes, quantity, packaging, route).
  3. Part B β€” producer / owner and handover.
  4. Part C β€” transporter.
  5. Part D β€” recipient.
  6. Note.

A document is first announced. It can be confirmed once the handover date is reached. After confirmation or official closure, the document cannot be edited.

Specifics

DEO6 / GIO6 and DKO often describe the same physical movement from different angles. Catalogue codes and quantities should be consistent with annual waste production (FORM 5 / LRIZ 5 / GIO1) and waste handling (GIO2–GIO5) forms for the year.
